You may have noticed some changes in Tumble Talking Books and the following is what Tumblebooks wants you to know what is in store for 2011:
1. More Read-Alongs. We have narrated more early readers and chapter books and have added them to the collection. You'll see that 5 of our categories now display read-alongs exclusively. The collection will continue to grow.
2. More Shakespeare Read-Alongs: We are combining even more multi-cast audio recordings with our ebooks to create additional Shakespeare read-alongs.
3. TumbleReadables becomes a lending library. You'll see that we now have a category which is devoted to downloadable ebooks (although all the titles can still be read online). Your students and patrons will now be able to 'borrow' titles for offline access for 90 day loan periods. There is no limit to the number of books that can be borrowed. Books can be downloaded to laptops, netbooks and desktops and, in a few months, to Android phones and tablets.
4. New E-Book features. With the launch of our new downloadable ebook program, we decided to add new features to our ebooks. In the coming weeks, you will see note taking, highlighting, and the addition of our Word Helper Feature complete with definitions and pronounciations.
