Illustrator Stéphane Jorisch

And to illustrate the Destination Jungle program will be the creative, colourful art of the very talented Stéphane Jorisch. Many will be familiar with his award winning books, Suki’s Kimono, The Owl and the Pussycat and Jabberwocky. Other picture books that he has illustrated include Anancy and the Haunted House, Emily’s Piano, The Trial of the Stone, Rosie and Buttercup and Lulu’s Pajamas. Not only an illustrator of books for young people, Stéphane Jorisch also illustrates for magazines and has created designs for the renowned Cirque du Soleil. Our illustrator was born in Brussels and grew up in Lachine, Quebec. Currently he lives in Montreal with his family.
